so Mr. Anthony, What you want to do?? You have the option of remortgaging/ extending your loan by switching to another lender on either interest only or repayment basis. BUT all of it depends on your credit history, your income, your current loans, your LTV in your property, its usage like purely residential or buy-to-let etc. & last but not the least your age.
