If I rent my house and move abroad, so no longer a UK resident, what are the tax implications?

this is a very broad question and in honesty too broad to answer in this forum.
UK taxes are due on all UK assets except in certain circumstances and so you would need to demonstrate non-domicile status - this is not straightforward and has its own tax implications.
you also need to bear in mind that the new tax jurisdiction you move to will most likely want a share of the UK profit/income.
i would suggest you find a local tax accountant that deals not only with UK tax law but also the country you are intending to move to.
