I see no reason, in principle, why this could not be sent to you by e-mail, but First Active will probably only send it to an e-mail address that you have already given them on the application form. Due to data protection rulesm, it is most unlikely that they would send it to a different e-mail address unless they had previously separately verified that this was your e-mail address. Each lender will have their own policies on data protection and some of them can be rather strange to understand!
