On 12th september I Left Uk and I asked the tax refund with P85 form as no residedent...And I got the refund so I supposed do not live In Uk for a whole tax year..But my plan are changed so I will be back in Uk on Aprile (just 6 months after I was No-resident) Will I be Leiable to work In UK ?? Please help
