I would strongly suggest that you should get in touch with either the citizens advice bureau or consumer credit counselling service as they will be able to offer you free assistance.
there are companies that you could use, but they will of course expect to be paid for the service they provide and if you already have little or no money you might need to consider the services that are provided free at the point of use.
