General Information

If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales as if the Agreement was a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within England. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use, but without prejudice to Simply Terra Ltd's ability to bring proceedings against a user in the courts of any jurisdiction.
