i have seen a house which is part residential and part buy to let. can i get a mortgage or two mortgages on this
It depends how the property is split. I assume you are looking to move into the residential part, and let the BTL part.
Assuming the property has two seperate tiltes, then this is certainly possible, with two seperate mortgages.
