If I take out car insurance and then don't like the conditions and terms of cover can I back out and get my money back?

Assuming you bought the insurance online then you will have 14 days to change your mind, under the distance selling regulations. In any case, if you discover something in the terms and conditions which was not disclosed to you at the point of sale, then I would expect you to be able to cancel it anyway. | 10.20.12 @ 06:15
