Hi bencey7,

Some lenders will consider bnefits when assessing affordability for a mortgage, so in theory you could get a mortgage. However, many other factors will influence the lender's decision to lend - i.e. amount of income, size of mortgage required, size of deposit, credit history, other debts etc..
