Is it better to save for a larger deposit or to buy now and make the most of low interest rates?

We are probably in a low interest-rate environment for some time, with rates likely to increase only gradually, and over a long period. With house prices generally stable or falling, there is no rush for anyone to buy, so do take your time. A particular advantage of a larger deposit is that you are likely to have access to significantly cheaper loans. | 12.10.10 @ 00:57
