Unfortunately not, but there have been initiatives available in the past from Business Link, there website is http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/home . Unfortunately, the coalition governments cuts have ensured that there funds are not as generous as they have been in the past to help with this type of thing | 01.05.11 @ 20:34

Of course, all costs involved with staff are allowable against profits so, whilst not a tax break as such, their wages, your national insurance contribution for them and their legitimate, claimed expenses are fully allowed as a business expense. | 01.05.11 @ 20:38

I would second Paul's comment. Businesslink have been useful in my county but it does vary around the UK but its certainly worth a phone call. | 01.05.11 @ 20:57
