Usually a review will start with a very broad discussion of your concerns and aspirations, before moving on to a thorough financial review. Charges can be structured in several ways. Some clients prefer a fee-based approach, whilst others are more comfortable with a commission basis. Either way will result in full disclosure of fees in an open and transparent manner.
