My house insurance is with my mortgage provider and is expensive. Is it easy to switch to a cheaper insurance company?

Hi

Yes it is very simple to change. And, since you pay it monthly you usually don't have to wait until renewal.

You can either do it yourself, or ask a broker to do it. Just make sure the policy provides adequate cover, as it may invalidate your mortgage otherwise.

Feel free to call us for a quote.

There’s nothing to think twice, you can definitely change it because it’s directly linked with your mortgage; and I feel when it comes to your hard earned money which is being invested regarding one of your dreams to be fulfilled then one has to be very precocious. I would prefer in having words with your mortgage lender and could fetch out why your insurance is being so expensive; could he manage some other that would be reasonable according to your need. And some better quickquid loan for your dream mortgage. | 07.30.13 @ 09:37
