What would you regard as acceptable amounts for mortgage fees?

If you referring to a mortgage adviser fee, I would say around £295, as allot of work usually goes on behind the scene in a mortgage brokers day, some adviser would charge for debt consolidation as well, as this increases work load.

As a firm we charge but its advisers discretion, depends on the amount of the mortgage and term, also if life cover is to be written along side it and/or other advice being given, pension, savings etc. please feel free to email me jason@jamesmith-ifs.com I be more then happy to help you with mortgage esquires.
